Results of Appeals heard by the Disciplinary Panel

On 28 March 2024 the independent Disciplinary Panel of the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) sat to consider an appeal from Mr. Ryan Mania, rider of ROB ROY MACGREGOR (IRE) at Newcastle on 16 March 2024, in relation to a decision of the Whip Review Committee made on 19 March 2024 to suspend him for 14 days.

Patrick Mullins

On 28 March 2024 the independent Disciplinary Panel of the BHA sat to consider an appeal from Mr. Patrick Mullins, rider of EMBASSY GARDENS at Cheltenham on 12 March 2024, in relation to a decision of the Whip Review Committee made on 15 March 2024 to suspend him for 8 days.

Jamie Osborne

On 3 April 2024 the independent Disciplinary Panel of the BHA convened to hear an appeal against the decision of the Stewards at Southwell on 5 March 2024 following Race 6 ‘Bet UK: It’s where the UK Bets Handicap’ (Handicap Stakes) Class 4 to reverse placings as between the first past the post (ISLE OF SARK, trained by Mr Osborne) and the second past the post (FOX FLAME) following interference by the former upon the latter.
